Initiating Conga Sign 2.0 from a Contract Agreement

Your Administrator has integrated and configured Conga Sign 2.0 with Contracts for Salesforce.
  1. Add the Conga Sign 2.0 button to your Contract Agreement object layout, or to the layout of the object you use for your contract documents. This adds the Send with Conga Sign to your contract agreements.
  2. Navigate to a contract agreement in Contracts for Salesforce. Click Send with Conga Sign.
  3. On the Create Transaction page, the following actions are available:
    1. Upload File: Select the document(s) you want to send for your recipients to review and sign.
    2. Available Documents displays documents you have currently selected or uploaded. Click the check box next to the document name to include it for review and signing.
    3. Add Recipients: Add recipients to review and sign your contracts. You can search through your list of contacts and other users.
    4. Enable the Signing Order button if you want your recipients to review and sign in sequential (serial) order. When the Enable Signing Order button is disabled, recipients can sign in parallel order.
  4. Click Proceed to Review. The Document Management Apps > Transaction Detail page opens in Sign for Advantage Platform. See the Sign for Users documentation for more information on actions you can take on this page.
  5. Click SEND TO SIGN.
  6. A confirmation popup displays. Click Send to confirm.
  7. On the Transaction Details page, click Review to review your transaction.
  8. Click OK on the Exit Signing Mode popup.
  9. Return to your contract agreement in Contracts for Salesforce and refresh the page. The transaction now appears in the Conga Sign 2.0 Transaction widget. The widget displays the start date, end date, status, and a link to view the Transaction Details page again. The following Statuses are available:
    • Draft

    • Transaction Deleted

    • Signature in Progress

    • Transaction Declined

    • Fully Signed

    • Transaction Expired

    • Transaction Deactivated

  10. If you've added the View Conga Sign 2.0 Transactions button to your Contracts Agreement layout, click View Conga Sign 2.0 Transactions on your current contract agreement as another way to view the status of your transaction.
Your transaction is now ready for recipients to review and sign. Once all recipients have finished signing, a signed copy of the documents is attached to the contract agreement as a PDF file.
