Using Conga Sign 2.0 with Contracts for Salesforce

Viewing All Conga Sign 2.0 Transactions

There are two ways to view your Conga Sign 2.0 transactions: you view the status of a single transaction by clicking View in the Conga Sign 2.0 Transaction as detailed in Initiating Conga Sign 2.0 from a Contract Agreement, or you can add a button to your contract agreement object to view all transactions.
  1. Add the View Conga Sign 2.0 Transactions button to your contract agreement layout (or to the object you are using for your contract documents).
  2. Navigate to any contract agreement.
  3. Click View Conga Sign 2.0 Transactions.
  4. The Document Management Apps > IDP Record Transactions page opens in Conga Advangate platform. You can view a transaction's status, recipients, link to the transaction, latest update, expiration date, final doc status, writeback status, and owner on this page.
