Enabling Clause Library Group Security
To enable the Clause Library Group Security feature, take the following steps:
- From the Administrator Navigation Toolbar, go to to the Gear Icon and click System Settings.
- Click Clause Group Security in the menu to the left.
- Check the Enable Clause Group checkbox.
- Enter a name for your Default Clause Group. By default, all existing clauses in the system are assigned to this clause group.
- (Optional) Check the Assign Default Clause Group to all user roles if you want all your existing users to have access to clause groups and clauses.
