Setting Clause Library Group Security Permissions by Role

To set Clause Library Group Security permissions by role, take the following steps:

  1. From the Administrator Navigation Toolbar, go to the Gear Icon and click Roles.
  2. Select a role by clicking the role name.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click the Clause Groups tab.
  5. Manage permissions by clicking the checkbox beside the name of each Clause Group Name. The permission options are the following:
    • Full: Permission to view clauses, create clauses, and modify clauses in this group.\
    • Viewable: Permission to view clauses in this group.
    • Create: Permission to create clauses in this group.
    • Modify: Permission to modify clauses in this group.
  6. Click Save.
