Adding a Contract Group

To add a new contract group and ensure that it is visible to the proper users, take the following steps:

These are the same steps to add a new Company Group.

  1. Click on the administrator gear icon and select Lists from the admin drop down.
  2. Search for Contract Group.
  3. Click on Contract Group in the left hand menu.
  4. Click Add.
  5. In the existing list, click on the new line item named New Item to rename it.
  6. After you rename your new line item, click Save.
  7. Next, grant access to this group through Roles by going to the administrator gear icon, and select Roles.
  8. Click into a Role that you want to grant access to the new Contract Group.
  9. Click Edit.
  10. Click Contract Groups.
  11. Find the Contract Group you created and assign the proper permission level to this Role using the checkboxes to the right. If you select Full this will not select Run eSignature Wizard by default. This last permission type only applies to Request/View users. Full users have this permission checked by default.
  12. Click Save.

In order to grant access to more Roles repeat steps 8 through 12 for each Role. Once the above steps are done, users are able to see and interact with Contract Groups in searching, reporting, and on the profiles.
