You need the BI Tool permission to add the BI Toolbox portlet to your Dashboard. A BI Tool Admin can display the visual analyses that have been shared with them, as well as those they created. A visual analysis can be a table or a chart (pie, bar, line, scatter, or donut) that represents the relationship between data in one or more fields in a program screen, additional form, or clause. The relationship expressed in the table or chart can also track one or more fields over time to communicate trends.

You can add several Toolbox portlets to your Dashboard to accommodate every analysis you want to monitor. Data in the portlet is updated between logins, but you can refresh the portlet during a session to ensure you always have the most up-to-date information.
