Adding a BI Toolbox Portlet

Displaying a Circle Chart

One of the features of the Explorer in the BI Toolbox portlet is to display data in a circle chart, such as a pie or donut chart, instead of a bar chart.

  1. Repeat Steps 1-3 above to display the circle chart in the portlet.
  2. Hover over a section of the chart to display a pop-up with additional information.
  3. (Optional) Hover over the top right border of the circle chart until the drill icon displays, and click it to display the Explorer.
    • Click on a section to display a Drill to prompt, which allows you to change the filters used to create the chart.
    • To remove any filter changes, close the portlet, add a new BI Tool portlet, and re-select the dashboard visualization.
    • Click the icon of an image with a downward pointing arrow to export the current display of the chart as an image.
