Setting Your Portal Notifications
User preferences allow you to select the types of email notifications you receive when you are a member of a document package, a participant in the electronic signing process, or a reviewer for a Supplier Registration.
- Click on the person icon in the Navigation Toolbar, and then click on your name.
- In the User Preferences window, click the Portal tab.
- Select the Send Check-in Notifications check box if you want to receive a system email notifying you when a document from a document package has been checked back in to Conga Contracts.
- Select the Send Check-out Notifications check box if you want to receive a system email notifying you when a document from a document package has been checked out of Conga Contracts.
- Select the Send Document Completed Notifications check box if you want to receive a system email notifying you when a document package completed.
- Click Submit.
You can click between all the tabs and make changes without losing the data entered on each tab. Simply click the Submit button on any tab when you have finished making your changes.
