Addresses Link
The Addresses link in a Contract Profile is used to display the Addresses browse screen, which stores the addresses associated with the contract. The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of contract address stored in the profile.
To access the Addresses browse screen, open a Contract Profile, and scroll down to the Links section of the screen.
Addresses link | Click to display the Addresses browse screen. |
Address records | Review the information for each contract address. |
History icon | Allows you to view a history of the changes made to the contract address. |
Copy to Clipboard icon | Displays the Copy to clipboard prompt that allows you to copy the contract address to another program or application. |

Column display | To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field. |

Edit Addresses button | Click to edit any of the addresses for a contract. |
In edit mode, the contract Addresses screen provides additional functionality.
Show (Hide) Company Locations toggle button | Click Show Company Locations to display the Company Locations section of the screen listing the company's locations. |
Add icon | Adds an address to automatically add an existing company location to the contract. |
New Company Location button | Click to add a new company location to the contract profile. |
History icon | To view a history of the changes made to the company location. |
Delete icon | Delete a contract address. |
Save button | Click to save your changes. |
