People Browse Screen - Contract
The people who have some measure of responsibility for a contract are added by assigning them a responsibility in the Contract Profile. A list of these responsible people is stored in the People browse screen in the Profile.
To access the browse screen, open a Contract Profile.
People link | Click the link to display the People browse screen. |
Contact responsibility record | Click on a responsible person's record to display their Person Profile with additional information.

Sort options | To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading. |
Column Display option | To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the move column icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field. |
