Resubmitting a Request for eSignature
In tracking a contract that has been submitted for electronic signature, you may decide to submit another request if too much time has passed without a response from a signatory.
- Locate the eSignature Package containing the document you want to resubmit for eSignature in the eSignature Packages portlet in your Dashboard. You can also resubmit a request for eSignature from the Submitted tab in the Document Packages browse screen in a Contract Profile or the Document Packages link in your Documents menu.
- Locate the document you want to resubmit for eSignature, and click the Go To enevelope icon.
- In the Resend Electronic Signature Request prompt, click Yes.
- In the Electronic Signature Request Sent confirmation prompt, click OK.
