The Clause Library is a repository for substitute contract language. The clauses that you can access depends on the security level assigned to the clause and your user permissions. If the Clause Identification & Management feature is enabled, the Clause Library is also used to store both the negotiable and non-negotiable terms in your company’s contracts.

• Review revisions to a clause
• Edit a clause's language
