Subscribing and Unsubscribing to Events
When you subscribe to an event, periodic Event Alert Notification Reports are emailed to you. These reports provide basic information for the event, along with its current status, and links to the event's Contract and/or Company Profile. Conga Contracts typically sends out a weekly email message containing the Event Notification Report, but you may receive daily reports if there are frequent updates to the events to which you subscribe. If you no longer want to receive the Event Notification Reports for an event, you can unsubscribe from the event.
Subscribing to an Event
- Locate the event you want to subscribe to in your Upcoming Events portlet, Tools Menu, or the Events screen in a Contract or Company Profile.
- Click the event record to display its Event Profile.
- In the Event Profile screen, click the Subscribe toggle button in the toolbar.
- You will not receive a confirmation message, but verification that you have subscribed to the event is evidenced by the Subscribe toggle button changing to Unsubscribe.
- Click Browse Events to return to the Events screen.
Unsubscribing from an Event
- Locate the event you want to unsubscribe from in your Upcoming Events portlet, Tools, or the Events screen in a Contract or Company Profile.
- Click the event record to display its Event Profile.
- In the Event Profile screen, click the Unsubscribe toggle button in the toolbar.
- You will not receive a confirmation message, but verification that you have unsubscribed from the event is evidenced by the Unsubscribe toggle button changing to Subscribe
- Click Browse Events to return to the Events screen.
