Single Sign On (SSO) Login Issue

Cannot log in to Conga Contracts using our SSO.

Question or Problem

Cannot log in to Conga Contracts using our SSO.

Solution/Cause

Contact Customer Support at support@conga.com or 866.502.3334.

Tip: Using Mozilla Firefox, download the SAML Tracer add-on, which is a tool that collects logs of the SSO login request and provides valuable troubleshooting information.
