Reports and Dashboards
The Reports and Dashboards module provides you with access to a suite of pre-defined, product-specific reports designed to support data-driven decision-making across various business functions. This includes reports for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Audit and Access, and License Usage.
Dashboards visually summarize key statistics to support business decision-making. They use charts, tables, or metrics to present report data in a way that highlights trends and patterns. Reports return data sets based on defined criteria and display them in organized rows and columns. You can filter, group, and visualize this data on dashboards using various graphical formats for easier analysis.
The Reports and Dashboards are available in Shared Apps. Some of the key features are:
- Run reports based on quote, pricing, contract, and clause data.
- Download reports in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.
- Sort data by column values.
- Apply filters using column-level criteria.
CLM and CPQ contain the following pre-defined reports.

| CLM Admin Dashboard | Displays key metrics and visual insights into contract creation and amendment activities over time. This dashboard helps administrators to track system usage, identify trends, and monitor operational performance. |
| Contract Cycle Time Report | Displays average time taken for contracts to move from one stage to another. Displays the data based on record type and stage |
| High Risk Contract Report | Lists the contracts with high risk |
| High Value Contracts Due for Renewal | Lists the contracts with high value due for renewal |
| Contract Clause Report | Lists the contracts containing clauses |
| Contacts with Non-standard Legal Language | Lists the contracts containing non-standard legal language |
| Contract by Type/Stage/Value | Lists the contracts by type or stage along with contract value |
| Contract Expiration - Year/Quarter/Month | Lists the contracts expiring this year, quarter, or month |

| CPQ Admin Dashboard | Displays key metrics and visual insights into quote creation, pricing, and configuration activities over time. This dashboard helps administrators track quoting behavior, monitor discount trends, identify bottlenecks, and evaluate overall CPQ system usage and performance. |
