Tenant Onboarding

Tenant Onboarding is a multi-level process. Dynamics administrators must contact Conga support team to complete the necessary steps for tenant Onboarding. Both the Conga support team and customer admin are involved in this process.

On successful onboarding, the admin user receives a confirmation email containing Conga Org details, Conga IDP login credentials, and a one-time password

Resetting Password for Conga Advantage Platform

The reset password flow is designed to provide users with a secure, simple process for recovering access to their account if they forget or want to reset their password. This section covers the steps for Conga IDP users to reset their password.
To rest password
  1. Click the Login URL (Go to URL) in the welcome email.
  2. Enter the username and password (Password for first-time login) mentioned in the welcome email.
  3. Click Sign-in and follow the on-screen instructions to change the password.

After changing the password, you must configure the external integration and Conga API connections (API to API connection and UI to API connection) in the Conga Advantage Platform and generate the client ID and client secret, which you will later use to formulate the client ID and client secret when configuring connections in the MS Dynamics.
