The Data Sync feature synchronizes data from your existing Salesforce system to theConga Advantage Platform, ensuring that your Salesforce information is up to date and accessible from theConga Advantage Platform.

Data sync supports:

• One-time sync from Salesforce to Conga Advantage Platform(forward sync)
• Delta data sync from Salesforce to Conga Advantage Platform(forward sync)
• Real-time data sync from Conga Advantage Platform to Salesforce (reverse sync)
