A quote or a proposal is a formal statement of promise that lists the products and services to be sold to a customer at a defined price.

The Conga-Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration provides an embedded experience to allow sales representatives to take advantage of Conga CPQ to create and manage quotes. You can create a quote from an opportunity, associate it with a price list, add products, bundles and services from the price list to the quote, configure those products, then finalize the quote for any required downstream processes.

You can create Conga quote in Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the following ways:

• Create the quote from an Opportunity record in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You must have at least one account or opportunity and one contact to create an Conga quote.
• Create the quote from the Conga Quotes page in Conga Advantage Platform. You can specify an Account and/or Opportunity when you create the quote if the Account or Opportunity records have already been synced to the Conga Platform from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
