Power Automate Flow

  • The Conga CPQ and Dynamics 365 integration using Power Automate is configured and enabled.
  • You have access to the relevant Dynamics 365 opportunity.
  • Your user account is authorized to create quotes through the integration.
  • Required products have been synchronized from Dynamics 365 to Conga Platform (if your implementation depends on shared product data).

Initiating a Conga CPQ quote from a Dynamics 365 opportunity allows you to seamlessly integrate your sales processes and ensures that all relevant opportunity data is accurately transferred to the quote. This integration streamlines the quoting process, reduces manual data entry, and helps maintain consistency across your sales documentation.

  1. Log in to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  2. Go to Sales Hub > Sales > Opportunity. Select the opportunity for which you want to create a quote. By default, the opportunity's Summary page is displayed.
  3. Dynamics 365 automatically populates the quote with details from the opportunity, including customer information and product line items, if available. Review the quote details and update fields such as pricelists, currency, quantities, or validity dates as needed. Enter all other required fields in the summary page and click Create Quote. .
    This navigates you to the Conga Advantage platform login page.
  4. Log in to Conga Advantage Platform using your credentials. After logging in, you directed to the Conga CPQ's quote creation page.
  5. Enter all required quote header fields and Use Conga CPQ to configure, price, and finalize the quote as needed. For more information, see Creating a Quote and CPQ for Users.
  6. In the top navigation of the Opportunity page, click the Back arrow to navigate back to the Dynamics 365 UI.
