Tenant Onboarding Process
Tenant onboarding is the initial step in integrating Dynamics 365 with the Conga Advantage Platform. It sets up a secure and trusted connection between the two systems, allowing them to communicate and exchange data reliably. This process ensures that both platforms are correctly linked and ready for seamless data synchronization.
Tenant onboarding is a multi-step process that involves coordination between the Dynamics 365 administrator and the Conga support team. Both the Conga support team and Dynamics 365 administrator are involved in this process. The administrator initiates the process by contacting Conga support to perform the required setup tasks.
After successful onboarding, the Dynamics 365 administrator receives a confirmation email with the Conga organization details and login credentials for the Conga Identity Provider (IDP), including a one-time password. Upon first login, the system prompts the user to set a new password. For more information on login and resetting the password, see Resetting Password.
Resetting Password for Conga Advantage Platform
- Click the Login URL (Go to URL) in the welcome email.
- Enter the username and password (Password for first-time login) mentioned in the welcome email.
- Click Sign-in and follow the on-screen instructions to change the password.
After changing the password, you must configure the external integration and Conga API connections (API to API connection and UI to API connection) in the Conga Advantage Platform and generate the client ID and client secret, which you will later use to formulate the client ID and client secret when configuring connections in the Microsoft Dynamics 365.
