Configure Flow URLs

Configuring Flow URLs

  • Import the Conga Advantage Platform Connector solution.
  1. Step 1: Capture Cloud flow URLs from the Microsoft Power Apps.
    1. Login to the Microsoft Power Apps.
    2. In the left pane, click Solutions. A list of solutions is displayed.
    3. Under Managed solutions, Click the Conga Advantage Platform Connector for Dynamics solution.
    4. Click Cloud flows . A list cloud flows is displayed.
    5. Click the desired flow from the list to open the flow details page.
    6. Click Turn On the cloud flow.
    7. Click Edit.
    8. Click When a HTTP request is received.
    9. Click the copy icon next to the HTTP POST URL.The HTTP POST URL is an endpoint URL of the specific cloud flow. The endpoint URL varies from one environment to another.
    10. Save all required flow endpoint URLs for the future use.
  2. Configuring Flow URLs in Conga Setup:
    1. Login to the Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    2. In the landing page, click Conga Setup. A Connection Data page is displayed. For more information on Connection data, see Configuring Connection Data.
    3. Click Flow URLs.
    4. Click the appropriate flow URL from the list and Paste the endpoint URL copied from the step 1. Refer to the Configure Flow URLs topic for URL mapping table.
  3. Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 for the required Cloud flow URLs.
