Quotes

Creating a Quick Quote

You can use the Conga CPQ user-friendly interface to create a quick quote by entering basic information. Quick Quote feature is especially meant for creating budgetary quotes where you can begin the quoting process by populating the quote header with limited values. After you complete the configuration on the Quick Quote you are redirected to the Quote details page.
  1. Login to Conga CPQ on Platform.
    A Quotes page is displayed.
  2. Click Quick Quote to open the Quick Quote pop-up window.
  3. Enter the following details in the Quick Quote window and click Save.
    • Quote Name. Enter a name. This is a mandatory field.
    • Price List: Search and select a price list. This is a mandatory field.
    • Account: Search and select an account.
  4. Enter the following information.

    # (Sequence)This is auto populated.
    ProductSearch and select the product.
    QuantityEnter the required quantity. Default value is 1.
    Adjustment TypeSelect the required adjustment type from the drop-down list.
    Adjustment AmountEnter the required adjustment amount based on the adjustment type.
    Add ProductClick to add more products.
    Bulk Upload ProductsAdd multiple products by uploading a CSV file - either by selecting the file or dragging and dropping it.
    Note: Only one CSV file can be uploaded per quote. The file must contain product codes (not product names). If a quantity is not specified for a product, it defaults to 1.
  5. Click Place Quote.
    The Quote Details page is displayed and the products selected are listed in Line Items.
