Configure Conga Advantage Platform

Configuring an API to API connection

You must establish an API-to-API connection between your Salesforce org and Conga Advantage Platform. This connection ensures seamless communication and data exchange between your Salesforce org and Conga Advantage Platform.

  1. Login to the Conga Advantage Platform as an Admin User.
  2. Click the App Launcher () icon from the top-left corner > Admin Console > Organization.
  3. Go to the Conga API Connections tab.
  4. Open the Conga API Connections tab and click Add API-to-API Connection.
  5. Enter values in the following fields:

    Field

    Description

    External Integration

    Select the respective External Integration for which you want to configure the connection.

    Client Name

    Enter the client's name.

    Description

    Enter the appropriate description.

  6. Click Save & Generate Client Secret to generate the Client ID.
  7. Click Copy next to Client ID and Client Secret.
  8. Save them for future use. Use these details when configuring a new auth. provider.
