Configure Revenue Admin Application Settings

Configuring Catalog Settings

This task provides instructions for configuring the catalog settings in the Conga Advantage Platform, including setting up display options and product details.
  1. Log in to the Conga Platform as an admin user.
  2. Click the App Launcher () icon from the top-left corner and go to Revenue Apps. A Proposals page is displayed.
  3. In the left navigation pane, click the Revenue Admin icon.
  4. Under ADMIN SETUP, go to Application Settings > Global Settings > Catalog.
  5. Enter the following details and click Save.

    Display Settings

    Enable Location

    Turn this setting ON. This enables users to select a location for a cart. Line items will have the current cart location assigned to them.

    Disable Add Another

    Turn this setting OFF. Turning this setting on prevents the user from adding multiple instances of the same product.

    Hide Configure Action

    Turn this setting OFF. Turning this setting on hides the Configure action for a product on the catalog page.

    Listed Products Column 2

    Select Product Description from the dropdown.

    Listed Products Column 3

    Select Product Family from the dropdown.

    Hide Single Top Category

    Turn this setting ON. This hides the top category. This is useful only when you have a single root category and want a cleaner look for its child categories, without the root category.

    Enable Category Filter

    Turn this setting ON. This enables Narrow Your Search category filtering during product search. It filters the categories based on search results and displays them in the Narrow Your Search area. For example, if the search result has products from only two categories, the Narrow Your Search section displays only those two categories.

    Hide Product Image

    Turn this setting OFF. Turning this setting on hides the product image from the catalog page.
