Conga Sales Agent

Searching and Renewing Assets

  • You must have Conga CPQ installed on your Salesforce org (release 2602 or later).
  • Your administrator must have enabled the Conga Sales Agent (Copilot) for your user profile.
  • Assets must exist in Salesforce for the relevant account.
  • You must have Salesforce permissions to view and renew assets.
Searching for Assets
  1. Type a search prompt to find assets.
    • "Search for assets for ACME Corp."
    • "Show me active assets."
    • "Find expiring assets for this account."
  2. Review the asset search results returned by the agent.
    The agent displays a list of matching assets with key details such as asset name, status, end date, and associated account.
