Conga Sales Agent

Searching and Retrieving Quotes

  • You must have Conga CPQ installed on your Salesforce org (release 2602 or later).
  • Your administrator must have enabled the Conga Sales Agent (Copilot) for your user profile.
  • You must have Salesforce permissions to view quotes.
Use the Conga Sales Agent to search for quotes by criteria such as customer, industry, deal value, status, or time period, and retrieve detailed quote information.
  1. Type a search or retrieval prompt in the Sales Agent chat.
    • "Find me quotes for customers in the HLS industry in the last quarter where the total deal value is more than 100K."
    • "What are the details of quote Q-456?"
    • "Find me quotes I created in the last quarter that were won."
    • "Find quotes where the customer bought Conga CPQ and Conga CLM."
  2. Review the returned results. The agent displays information based on administrator-configured default fields.
    For single-quote retrieval, the agent returns detailed fields including child object data (line items, etc.). For multi-quote searches, the agent returns a summary list with key fields.
