Working with Opportunities

Viewing Opportunity Details

When you open an Opportunity, you are redirected to the Opportunity Details Page, where you can access all essential information related to the specific opportunity. This page provides a comprehensive view of the opportunity such as status, details, and any associated records such as quotes, contracts, and orders.
  1. Navigate to the App Launcher icon from the top left corner, click App Launcher > Opportunities
  2. On the Opportunities home page, click the desired opportunity name.
    Review and edit the details of the opportunity in the Details tab.
  3. Click the Quotes tab to view the associated quotes.
    1. In the quotes list, click the desired quote name to open the quote details on the Conga CPQ web UI.
  4. Click the Contracts tab to view the associated contracts.
    1. In the contracts list, click the desired contract name to navigate the contract details page.
  5. Click the Orders tab to view the associated orders.
    1. In the orders list, click the desired order name to navigate the order details page.
