31 Options Are Not Displayed

Error

Options are not displayed in search result.

Cause

This happens when the Hide Options in Quick Add Mode setting is enabled.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to Setup > Develop > Custom Settings > Config Select Products Settings.
  2. Click Manage. Edit Primary Settings.
  3. Clear the Hide Options in Quick Add Mode checkbox.
