35 Cannot Add a Service Product

Error

Adding a service product does not work. There is no error, but the Service Catalog page is slow and you cannot configure bundle products.

Cause

This happens when the value of the Constraint Rule Execution Mode setting is wrong.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go toSetup > Develop > Custom Settings > Config System Properties.
  2. Click Manage. Edit System Properties.
  3. Change the Constraint Rule Execution Mode to Client.
  4. Click Save.
