4 Cannot Add Products to the Cart

Error

The error !Failed to reprice.: SObject row was retrieved via SOQL without querying the requested field: Apttus_Config2__LineItem__c.Apttus_Config2__HasIncentives__c is displayed when you add a product or second product to the cart.

Cause

This happens when a custom field "Apttus_Config2__HasIncentives__c" is missing in Config LineItem Custom Fields.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to Setup > Develop > Custom Settings > Config LineItem Custom Fields.
  2. Edit Settings.
  3. Add "Apttus_Config2__HasIncentives__c" in Custom Field Names 2.
  4. Go to All Tabs > CPQ Console > Maintenance Console.
  5. Under Query Field Metadata, click Refresh Field Metadata.
