58 Cannot Add a Product to Cart

Error

The error duplicate field selected: Apttus_Config2__ShowTabView__c is displayed in the console when you add a product to the Cart.

Cause

This happens when there is an unwanted entry of criteria.

What to do

Solution 1:

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to Setup > Develop > Custom Settings > Config Expression Criteria Fields
  2. Go to All Tabs > CPQ Console > Maintenance Console (under System Management).

  3. Under Query Field Metadata, click Refresh Field Metadata.
