88 Cannot Add a Product to Cart or Configure a Bundle

Error

The error Error executing [configureBundle]: duplicate field selected: Apttus_Config2__ProductType__cis displayed when you add a product to the Cart or configuring a bundle product.

Cause

This happens when Apttus_Config2__ProductType__c exists in Config Data Cache.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to Setup > Develop > Custom Settings > Config Data Cache.
  2. Remove the entry for Apttus_Config2__ProductType__c.
