Row with Duplicate Name at index

Error

The error 
"Row with Duplicate Name at index:"
is displayed while creating a flow.

Cause

This happens when a duplicate flow exists in Flow Settings.

Remedy

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
  1. Go to All Tabs > Config Settings > Flow Settings.
  2. Delete the duplicate flow.
