Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Digital Commerce in this release.

Payments Settings Relocation to CPQ Settings

The system supports enabling payment integration for Digital Commerce storefronts and configuring Payments for individual Custom Flows through Application Settings > Flow Settings > Override Settings. When enabled, the checkout process includes payment processing, while the setting does not apply to CPQ or other applications.

For more information, see Configuring Overriding Settings.

Tax Settings Relocation to CPQ Settings

The system supports enabling tax integration for Digital Commerce storefronts and configuring tax settings for individual Custom Flows through Application Settings > Flow Settings > Override Settings. When enabled, the checkout process applies tax calculation to cart line items, while the setting does not apply to CPQ or other applications.

For more information, see Configuring Overriding Settings.

Comments Notification and Recipient Management in DC UI

The Comments feature in the DC UI now uses domain APIs for the Note object, enabling email notifications to quote owners and tagged recipients when comments are added, with recipient selection based on user type—User for logged-in users and Contact for guest users. Comments visibility is controlled by the "Internal" and "External" type field, ensuring internal comments are hidden from guest users. Comment deletion is supported for logged-in users.

For guest users, administrator must configure the following settings:

  1. First-level authentication for both GET and POST requests of the {{/api/revenue-fusion/v1/note}}API with Category = “guestuser” and Name = “allowed routes” parameters.
  2. Providing write access to the “Note” object with Category = “platform” and Name = “guestsessionconfig” parameters.

For more information, see Setting up a Guest User and Conga Developer Portal.

Tax Information Display in Quotes and Orders Details Pages

The application now displays tax amount details in quote and order details page under the price summary section as well as cart line items. The system includes tax information in total price calculations and preserves tax details after quote or order completion.
