Folder Uploads from Salesforce

Folder (bulk) upload is now a configurable option for Salesforce-platform Conga CLM.

Discovery Agent Rebrand

The Discovery AI product has been rebranded and is now known as “Discovery Agent”.

Record Type Detection and Worksheet Generation

Discovery Agent can now automatically detect record types in a bulk upload and classify them automatically by document type. The import workflow provides options to extract all documents automatically, to extract only those classified with high confidence, or to require manual confirmation of the classification before extraction. A classification confidence score is displayed for each document, enabling users to review and correct misclassifications. User corrections are fed back to improve classification accuracy. Unrecognized record types, poor quality scans, hybrid documents, and encrypted files are addressed with clear guidance and remediation steps. Users benefit from a streamlined interface for reviewing, editing, and confirming document classifications before extraction.

Automatically classified documents are extracted using the default worksheet for the detected document type. If no default worksheet is available, Discovery Agent can generate one and continue with the extraction.
