Reverse Data Sync
A required or extracted field does not sync back to Salesforce. There is no error message or warning.
A misconfiguration produces a communication failure between Advantage Platform and Salesforce.
Pick List Sync Failure
A pick list value on a field is removed in Salesforce but remains on the Advantage Platform and in the corresponding Discovery AI custom provision.
The pick list entity is not synchronized between Salesforce and Advantage Platform.
