The default Discovery AI user view is a home screen through which you can:

• Import documents.
• Review:
  • Total Documents Uploaded
  • Total Documents Present
  • Documents Ready for Review
  • Documents Ready for Approval
  • Documents Pending
  • Documents Completed
  • Documents in Error
  • Documents Deleted
• See recently updated documents.
  • This table displays imported documents by file name, file type (.docx or .pdf, e.g.), document type (MSA, SOW, Purchase Order, etc.), upload date and time, size, import type (Automated, Verified, or OCR-only extraction), the document's owner, its status (Pending, Ready for Review, Complete, Error), a live link to the document's extracted information in CLM (if the information is there), and which worksheet was used to extract the document's provisions.
  • You can sort any of these columns to display documents by their attributes. For example, you can click the sort arrow adjacent to the Uploaded column heading to sort documents by time of ingestion, or the Name column to sort them alphabetically by file name.

    
    
    

• Open original documents in the Review interface.
• Open extracted document information from wherever it is stored: in Conga CLM from either the Advantage Platform or Salesforce. If the repositories are synchronized, you can access either.
