Courier End of Sales and Renewals

At Conga, we view product End of Sales and End of Renewals as a part of the life cycle that drives new technology and product innovation.

After many years of a successful Conga Courier product in the market, we have decided to discontinue the product. To ensure your success and business continuity, we suggest existing Conga Courier customers transition to Conga Composer + Batch solution as soon as possible or upon your contract renewal date.

Who does this impact? And when will this happen?

This will impact any existing Conga Courier customers. We are aligning this product’s end of sales and renewals to our 2021 Summer Release on July 7 th , 2021.

Why are we making this decision?

Similar to Courier, users who send Salesforce data in Excel spreadsheets can switch to Conga Composer + Batch and use our Global Merge feature. This allows Composer to generate a document from outside the context of a master Salesforce record which can be set to run on a schedule using the Batch add-on to Composer. We’ve made this decision to focus our development efforts on the Composer and Batch products and continuing to deliver our best-in-class solutions in a cohesive way.

What you need to know :


Renewals and Sales	Courier renewals will no longer be available past July 7, 2021. All current customers can continue to use Courier until the end date listed on their current contract. For customers with renewal date prior to July 7 th , 2021, we strongly suggest you to renew with Composer + Batch solution. With our suggested renewal path, you will receive Conga Courier free of charge for 3 months during the transition period. The renewal of Conga Courier is NOT recommended and should only be handled on a case-by-case basis only. For customers with renewal date starting from July 7 th , 2021 onwards, you can only renew with Composer + Batch solution. With our suggested renewal path, you will receive Conga Courier free of charge for 3 months during the transition period.
Customer Migration	We understand that changes may be difficult for some customers and we want to make sure that our customers have ample product access and time to make the switch, we strongly suggest you start the discussion about migrating to Composer + Batch as early as possible, before your contract ends. Customers can handle this by themselves with our support article (see the link below) or purchase Conga PS engagement.
Pricing	To ensure our customers’ success and business continuity, we will honor the existing price you paid for Courier license when you renew with Composer + Batch solution. Details should be discussed on a case-by-case basis with your sales reps or renewal specialists.
