Using Grid Custom Actions in a Salesforce Community

To use Grid custom actions in a Salesforce Community, you must disable content sniffing. When content sniffing is not disabled custom actions will not show on Conga Grid and you receive an error when you try to use a custom action.

To enable custom actions in a Salesforce Community:

  1. Click the Salesforce setup Icon
  2. Search for All Sites in the Quick Find search box
  3. Select the builder for the community you want to edit
  4. Click the community menu icon in the top left corner
  5. Click Administration from the drop down menu
  6. Click Pages from the left menu


  7. Click Go to Site.com Studio
    • Click Site Configuration from the left menu
    • Click edit
    • Uncheck "Enable Content Sniffing Protection"
    • Click Save
  8. Click Go to Force.com
    • Click edit
    • Uncheck "Enable Content Sniffing Protection"
    • Click Save
