Orders Overview

The Order Details page provides a comprehensive view of an individual order record within Conga Billing. It displays all key attributes, lifecycle status, billing information, and related data for a selected order. This page is the primary interface for reviewing, managing, and acting on an order throughout the process. Users can navigate to this screen from the Orders landing page by clicking a specific order.

From this page, users can:
  • Review complete order metadata (amounts, dates, parties, currency)
  • Track the current order status across the full lifecycle pipeline
  • Activate an order which is in in Draft, Pending, Confirmed, Fulfilled, or Partially Fulfilled status.
  • Generate billing for an already activated order.
  • Access related records such as assets, invoices, and billing schedules

It is divided into four main areas: a header element at the top, metadata fields, status bar, and two tabbed navigation tabs — Details and Related. It displays Actions for orders that are eligible for activation or billing.

Header Element and Metadata Fields: The top of the screen displays the Order identifier and its current approval status at a glance. It also displays the metadata information through three key metadata fields for quick reference. These fields are read-only and cannot be edited directly from this page.
