Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Partner Commerce in this release.

Populating Addresses from Primary Contact

The Bill To and Ship To fields in Create Order and Request Quote flows in the Partner Commerce populate based on the selected Primary Contact’s account address. If no contact is selected or no address is available, the fields remain blank and validation prompts completion before submission.

Populating Address Based on Primary Contact

The Bill To and Ship To fields on Checkout and Request Quote pages in the E-Commerce populate based on the selected Primary Contact’s account address. The Primary Contact field appears before the address fields, and the system keeps them blank until a selection is made. If no account or address is available, the fields remain empty and validation prompts completion.

Syncing Collaboration Status for Guest Users

The system automatically updates the Collaboration Request status when the Quote status changes, including for guest users. Administrators can enable this by allowing the Collaboration Request route with PUT /api/revenue-fusion/v1/object/{objectName}/{id} access in guest user settings.

For more information, see Setting up a Guest User.
