Packages
The following packages and dependencies are required to upgrade to this release and use its new features. These are the minimum required versions; later versions are also supported. Prerequisites for each feature can be found in its documentation. Packages marked (New) are new for this release.
You can register your org for the Conga Upgrade Program, an automated tool that keeps all Conga managed packages in your Salesforce org (production or sandbox) updated to the latest versions. For more information, see Registering for Conga Upgrade Program.

New Features
The following features are new to Approvals in this release.
Approval Ownership and Escalation Enhancements
The following enhancements improve visibility into approval ownership and give administrators more flexibility when configuring escalation assignees.
- Improved Approval Ownership Visibility: The My Approvals page now includes an Owner column next to Status. It displays the user who currently owns the approval request, including the queue member who takes ownership. This helps users quickly identify the person responsible for an approval request. - Enhanced Auto-Escalation Assignee Support: Auto Escalation Setup now supports Custom User and Custom Queue as assignee types in the Assignee Escalate To Type field. This allows administrators to escalate approval requests to custom users or custom queues when the current assignee does not take action within the specified time. For more information, see Setting Up Auto-Escalation for Rule Assignees.
