New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Billing in this release.
Support for Switching the Billing from Custom to Regular Billing
Switch an existing subscription from custom billing to a regular billing for both standalone and bundle products. The switching operation is applicable for full term or partial contract term. The engine will determine if the subscription has been over or under invoiced at the time of switching, and generates the schedules for the remainder of the TCV amount as per the stated billing frequency and the term.

Support for Switching the Billing from Regular to Custom Billing
Switch an existing subscription from regular billing to a custom, term-based plan for both standalone and bundle products. The switching operation is applicable for full term or partial contract term. The billing API generates new billing schedules according to the custom plan, while handling previous billing schedule records (BSRs) based on the selected billing option, without impacting invoiced or completed BSRs. Billing analysts can view updated custom billing schedules after the amendment is processed.
See Switch from Regular Billing to Custom Billing for more.
