New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to CLM in this release.
Lifecycle API and Out-of-the-Box Workflow Changes
The default out-of-the-box (OOTB) lifecycle workflow now publishes by default and consumes the dedicated Lifecycle API for stage transitions based on data changes. The default OOTB staged flow is deprecated for new tenants, and lifecycle stages are removed from the stage flow API response; existing tenants remain unaffected.
Flexible Navigation through Configurable URLs
Administrators can now configure URLs in Pages and Menu items to direct users to the intended page. For example, for a menu named Requests, the administrator can set the URL to open All Requests, My Requests, or any other relevant page. This capability gives administrators greater flexibility to meet evolving requirements and enhance usability. Document Extension in Exported Activity History
The Document Format column in the exported contract activity history is replaced with the Document Extension column, which displays the file type (for example, pdf, doc, docx) for each record. For more information, see Exporting Activity History Records in CLM for Advantage Platform user’s guide.
