Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to CLM in this release.
Discovery Agent Default Setting
For organizations that have procured a Conga Discovery Agent license and configured the required settings in the Admin Console, the Discovery Agent toggle is enabled by default in the contract creation dialog. If users turn off the toggle and proceed with contract creation, the system displays a confirmation message indicating that the contract will be created without data extraction. This behavior applies when creating contracts using the Upload Third-Party Paper and Executed Contract options in contract creation dialog and Import Offline Document option in the contract details page.
Generic Route Navigation for Conversations
Access the Conversations UI for multiple entity types using the new generic route structure: `/conversations/[objectType]/[objectId]`. The system dynamically extracts `objectType` and `objectId` from the URL, updates API calls to support all entities, and displays an error for unsupported types. The previous route `/conversation/[contractId]` is discontinued.
Document Preview Support in Contracts
Access a preview of DOCX, PDF, and XLS files directly from the Documents tab in Contracts, replicating the preview experience available in Conga Drive. Use the three-dot menu for each document to preview, download, or delete files. For more information, see Previewing a Document.
Custom Object Management Workspace
Access a unified workspace to view, create, and manage records for all custom objects that are linked to Agreement object within the Platform application. Administrators can configure page layouts using CX Studio and control access through permissions, while users see all object columns and manage Agreement-linked custom objects directly from the new interface instead of the deprecated Object Data Explorer. Conversations Report Dashboard
Access the Conversations Report under Reports & Dashboards to view and export conversation logs as timestamped transcripts, including sender, participants, message details, and attachments. Filter exports by contract, thread, and date range, and download in CSV or Excel formats (up to 50,000 messages per thread). For more information, see CLM Report.
Supplier Dashboard for Supplier Managers
Access the new Supplier Dashboard to view supplier contract requests by status, supplier categorization by industry and risk, and contract value by spend category. This feature enables supplier and procurement managers to monitor supplier relationships, assess risk, and analyze spending across segments. For more information, see CLM Report.
