New Features and Enhancements

The following features are new to CLM in this release.

Conga Copilot Support for Supporting and Executed Documents

An administrator must complete the following tasks to enable Copilot support for supporting and executed documents.

  • Copilot field is added to the Document Versions related list on the Agreement Layout.
  • Configured the APTS_ContentRepositoryType setting to define where executed documents are stored (Document, Chatter, or Content).
  • Created a lookup field (Agreement__c) on the Content Version object.
  • Added a formula field on the Content Version object to enable the Copilot field for documents stored in Chatter and Content.

Users can launch Copilot for both supporting and executed documents, with a file size limit of up to 12?MB or a maximum of 200 pages, in either .DOCX or .PDF format. The Copilot support includes executed documents stored in various repositories such as Agreement Documents, Chatter, and Content.
