New Features and Enhancements

The following features are new to CLM in this release.

Final Document Version Sync after Microsoft 365 Review

The Apttus_FinalDocumentVersionDetail_c field on the review cycle record now updates to reflect the final merged document version when an Microsoft 365 review cycle is completed. This change aligns the Microsoft 365 review process with parallel review behavior, enabling administrators and implementation teams to maintain accurate document version tracking for custom flows and automation.

Configurable External Recipient Warning

A configurable warning popup is displayed when agreements are sent to external recipients from the Send for Review, O365 Review, Google Review, or Send for Signature (wet signature) pages. Administrators can enable this behavior using the APTS_InternalEmailDomains and APTS_ValidateAccountDomain admin entries. When enabled, the system validates recipient email domains and alerts users if any recipient is identified as external, helping contract managers prevent accidental sharing of agreements outside the organization. For more information, see Sending an Agreement for Review.

Fixed Issues

There are no fixed issues in this release.

Known Issues

The following unresolved issues are known to Conga at the time of this release.

Conga Internal ID Description
CONTRACTS-38739

When a step field was defaulted using a Set This Control Value rule, editing that field from the Preview screen caused the default value to be incorrectly propagated to other fields in the same step. As a result, the modified step disappeared from the Wizard Progress panel.
