New Features and Enhancements

The following features are new to Conga CLM in this release.

Launching AI Configurator

AI Configurator streamlines the setup and configuration of AI features like Conga Copilot, Redline AI, and Discovery AI within your Salesforce environment. After installing Conga CLM version 15.783 and onboarding a tenant, administrators can launch the AI Configurator. This tool automatically sets up all the configurations in Salesforce and Conga Platform, allowing users to access Conga Copilot, Redline AI, and Discovery AI.

Display or Hide fcorgid Field for DocuSign Envelopes

Administrators can configure the APTS_Hidefcorgid admin entry to display or hide the fcorgid field under Envelope Custom Fields in DocuSign.

Redline AI for Agreement Risk Analysis

Administrators can configure the Enable Redline AI comply user property, to grant users access to Redline AI. This setting can be applied to individual users or profiles at the organizational level.

The Redline AI feature is an AI-driven tool designed to analyze agreement risks, provide risk summaries, and manage clauses to enhance agreement negotiation outcomes. Users with the necessary permissions can access this functionality, which includes the following features:

  • Quickly assess risks with high, medium, and low indicators.
  • Detailed breakdown of potential risks from agreement modifications.
  • Actionable strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • View and manage clauses not in compliance with standard benchmarks.
  • Review and finalize modifications before publishing.
  • Preview document changes and publish with or without redlines.

Default Display Configuration for Activation Notification

The administrators can configure the APTS_DeSelectAttachDocumentsToEmailForActivation admin entry to display the documents under the Attach documents to Email section as selected or de-selected by default. They can configure the APTS_ReadOnlyAttachDocumentsToEmailForActivation entry to allow or disallow the users to select or de-select the documents for activation notification.

Allowing Date Fields in Agreement Documents

Users can now add or remove the additional fields, Last Modified Date and Created Date, in the Agreement Documents section, with dates formatted per their locale.

Overriding Default Office 365 Email Templates using Admin Entry

Administrators can configure the APTS_EmailTemplateForOffice365_<Recordtype label name> property with a custom email template for each record type, overriding the default email template when sending contracts for reviews for those specific record types. Replace the Recordtype label name placeholder with the specific name of the record type.

Agreement Obligations

The users can track obligations within the agreement from the Activity timeline and Agreement Obligations section in the agreement's Related tab. They can add new obligation to the agreement as well as edit or delete the obligations existing in the agreement. This ensures accurate and up-to-date obligation management for agreements.

Obligation Management

Users can now create a master repository of obligations to track specific actions, responsibilities, or duties that the parties involved in the agreement are required to perform or uphold. They can also edit, and delete obligations in the repository. The users can link obligations to clauses that are added to agreement templates. When an agreement document is generated from the template, the system automatically creates obligations for all clauses in the template that have obligations.
