Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Collaborate in this release.

Public URL Expiry Feature Toggle

Customers who want to disable the new Public URL Expiry feature can now submit a support ticket to Conga Support with a request to toggle off the feature.

Mobile users on Salesforce experience incorrect redirection behavior when using the back button on the new document page. On Android devices, the back button redirects to the Salesforce login page, requiring re-login before accessing the record. On iOS devices, the back button redirects to the Salesforce Classic URL instead of the Lightning URL.

Oracle CPQ integration in Salesforce Collaborate encounters errors due to the deprecation of SOAP v1 Web Services. Users experience 500 errors when creating new proposals and are unable to refresh data in existing proposals, receiving an INIT-ERR message indicating restricted access to the VI Web Service.Resolution: Conga Collaborate updated to SOAP v2.
