Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Composer in this release.

Conga Trigger OAuth SessionId Removal

Conga Trigger now uses the existing OAuth connection and refresh token to authenticate, eliminating the need for SessionId in the Salesforce Outbound Message payload. This update applies to the Conga platform backend and does not require any Salesforce package changes.

API: Remove Unnecessary Font Packages from Platform Composer

Remove unused fallback Linux font packages from the platform composer worker image to reduce image size, as Windows fonts are now managed through a new configuration. All file types, including HTML, PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, continue to be supported.

Composer Package API Version 65.0 Update

The Composer package 8.293 is now updated to API version 65.0, including updated component metadata. This update provides compatibility with the Salesforce Spring 26 release and the latest Salesforce platform features. This feature also requires a Conga Platform backend release on January 10th. Salesforce users can start merging from objects on API version 65.0 on January 10th.

To begin testing with API version 65.0, you must point your Salesforce environment to the Platform Preview environment. For information on that process, refer to Salesforce Managed Package Configuration to Platform Preview.

To install the updated Composer package, visit the Conga Community Install Center.
